At the heart of Dynasty Dance Studio is the Gerdman family - a trio of passionate and talented individuals dedicated to sharing the joy of dance with our community.

Lisa Gerdman is an energetic, highly motivated, and confident dance teacher who has a successful track record of improving student knowledge and understanding of dance. She has been a Spanish teacher and dance coach for the past 30 years and has experience teaching middle and high school students. Because of these years of experience, she understand the needs of students and has the ability to quickly engage with them. During her coaching career, she has coached a Junior Elite Dance team at a studio for two years, the New Berlin West Dance team for one year and is currently coaching the Pewaukee Dance Team.

Dustin Gerdman is a seasoned entrepreneur whose passion for innovation and strategic thinking has fueled a lifelong journey of business success. He is the founder and CEO of D & G Contractors. Dustin has been at the helm of this business for the past two decades, steering the company through evolving industry trends and technological advancements. Whether navigating the challenges of a startup, or steering the established businesses to greater heights, he continues to exemplify what it means to lead with vision, purpose, and a drive for excellence. 

Avalon Gerdman has an extensive dance background and lifelong experience in competitive dance. She is a choreographer and certified WACPC judge with a deep passion for developing confident, well-rounded dancers. In high school, Avalon trained at Dollhouse Dance Factory, where she became a 2x World Champion in Senior Large Hip Hop and Open Large Hip Hop, earning a total of five world championship globes. She was also selected as a member of the first USA Olympic Junior National Hip Hop Team, winning gold for the United States in 2021. Currently, Avalon serves as the Head Varsity Dance Coach at Brookfield East High School. She also coaches the Mini and Youth Elite teams and oversees all aspects of the dance program at Dynasty Dance Studio, where she is committed to creating a supportive, disciplined, and inspiring environment for every dancer.
